5.3 Weekly cleaning
5.3.1 Choc/Topping mixer cleaning (optional)
Choc mixer/Topping mixer
Cleaning will be more frequent depending on powder
consumption.
Switch off the coffee machine using the ON/OFF button
Disconnect mains plug
Remove milk cover
Pull off mixer hose from mixer to combi spout
Turn stud on bayonet connector underneath the mixer
bowl counter-clockwise
Mixer bowl is released from the retaining catch.
The propeller for the mixer is now visible.
The propeller can be cleaned with acloth
Dismantle two-piece mixer bowl
Clean both parts of mixer bowl and mixer hose under
warm running water
Allow all parts to dry completely
Re-assemble all components
On re-assembly, all openings must face in the same
direction.
Replace mixer bowl
Turn stud on bayonet connector back clockwise
Push mixer hose onto mixer bowl fitting again, and plug
in combi spout
Replace milk cover
Ensure that mixer hose is replaced securely.
This is important, as otherwise hot water or hot
Choc/Topping beverage may escape.

Ensure that the spiral guide is
seated and the hose is not pinched.
