5.9 Drive Belt Adjustment
DANGER! Never adjust the drive belts and the drive belt
bracket while the motor is running. Failure to do so may
result in serious injury.
Periodically check the drive belt for wear. Replace any damaged or worn belts as needed.
See Figure 5-4. Adjust proper drive belt tension using the bolt located between the drive
side wheel covers. To tighten drive belt turn the bolt clockwise. To loosen drive belt turn
the bolt counter - clockwise.
