MOUNTED 208-2 ASSEMBLY
The mounted 208-2 is available for Category 1 and
Category 2, 3-point hitch tractors. It is also available
with single or dual tailwheels.
A-Frame Installation (MTD)
(Figure 26 & Figure 27)
Determine if the machine is to be set up in a Category
1 or 2 configuration. Refer to the proper category
instructions

Installation (MTD)
Category 1 Assembly (MTD) (Figure 26)
Attach right A-frame half (1) and left A-frame half (2) to
top hole of cutter mast by placing washer (13) and
sleeve (12) on bolt (14). Insert bolt through mast and A-
frame half, then place spacer (3), washer (13), lock
washer (5), and nut (4) on bolt. Torque hardware.
Insert clevis pin (11) through lower hole in top of A-
frame and place a washer (10) on each end. Secure
both ends of clevis pin with cotter pins (9).
Place spacer (7) inside top link weldment (6) and
attach to top hole of A-frame with bolt (8), lock washer
(5), and nut (4). Torque hardware.
Insert category 1 hitch pin (15) through bottom hole of
cutter mast by inserting hitch pin (14) through top hole
of cutter mast and secure with Klik pin (16). Tractor 3-
point arms will be mounter inside the clevis bracket.
