Adjustable Side Skid Installation
(Optional)
Attach side skid (2) to frame (1) as shown, inserting
carriage bolts from inside frame.
When you have determined the desired cutting height,
adjust your side skids.
Side skids are designed to prevent cutter from
dropping into depressions. Adjust the skids from
minimum 1/2" to 1" above ground level. Do not operate
cutter with skids in constant contact with the ground.

Quick Coupler Bushing Kit Installation
(Optional)
Place sleeve (2) over category 2 pin and secure with
spiral pin (3).

Stump Jumper Installation
It is necessary to remove blades to install stump
jumper pan. Refer to Blade Installation & Removal on
page 18.
Install Stump jumper on crossbars and install blades.
When installing stump jumper, you will not use as many
shims for blade installation. See page 18.
