5.4 Airlock Feed Gate

The material flow volume control will be adjusted with the airlock feed gate. The airlock feed gate is
adjustable to the following steps: 1…1,5…2…8,5…9. The lower the number is, the less insulation material
will be put through the airlock feed gate. The higher the number is, the wider the airlock feed gate gets
opened and thus more insulation material is put through the airlock chamber. Open or close the airlock feed
gate by positioning the hand lever. The current airlock feed gate position can be seen on the airlock feed gate
scale [4].
5.5 Airlock Rotational Speed (DS) (optional)
For a finer material flow volume control when blowing, the insulation blowing machine can be additionally
equipped with an airlock rotational speed control.

Set the material flow volume selector R2 [24] to the desired
position. The airlock rotational speed can be set to between
20-100%. A quick airlock rotational speed facilitates an even
material flow, a high processing speed and a good insulation
material conditioning. For further information, please contact

M99-DS-Pro
With the M99-DS-Pro, the airlock rotational speed can be adjusted
using the FFB2000-Pro remote control. For further information,
refer to the FFB2000-Pro operating instructions.
