6.1 Cleaning & Maintenance
After using the insulation blowing machine’s sack support [16], hopper extension [1], hopper [3] and the
machine’s bottom [10], as well as the electrical switchboard [6], superficially clean the surface with a dry or
damp cloth. Keep in a dry place away from any dampness.
Before carrying out any maintenance work, unplug the control’s connection plug [36/42] from the machine
control socket X3 [28/30] and remove the receiver from the machine.
The maintenance chapter is only aimed at persons who are qualified to carry out the required maintenance
work. Complying with maintenance intervals and operating safety rules guarantees faultless machine
performance.
WARNING!
Persons not qualified to carry out maintenance work, may not perform any servicing.
There is an increased threat of injury when improper maintenance work is carried out! Improper
maintenance work can lead to serious injury to both persons and equipment.
Before starting any maintenance work, pull out the net adaptor in order to disconnect the
power supply.
Certain maintenance steps require a temporary power supply. After such a maintenance
step, the power supply is to disconnect immediately afterwards.
Before starting any maintenance work, ensure there is sufficient room and that the
operating environment is clean and in good condition.
When dismantling the building parts, ensure that they are then reassembled properly.

o properly open the insulation blowing
machine for maintenance purposes, the
following steps must be followed:
Unplug the net adaptor. Open the catch seals for
the hopper [15] and remove the hopper [3] from
the machine’s bottom [10] by the handles [2].
Place the hopper
on an even surface and carry
out the maintenance work at the machine’s
bottom.
For maintenance work with the insulation
blowing machine‘s internal hosing, tip the
machine and remove the bottom plate.
