Erasing Printer Storage Drive
Note: This application is supported only in printers with the optional Productivity Kit.
1. From the home screen, touch SSeettttiinnggss >> DDeevviiccee >> MMaaiinntteennaannccee >> EErraassee HHaarrdd DDiisskk.
2. For hard disk, touch the SSaanniittiizzee aallll iinnffoorrmmaattiioonn oonn hhaarrdd ddiisskk check box, touch EERRAASSEE, and then select a
method to erase data.
Note: The process to sanitize the hard disk can take from several minutes to more than an hour, making the
printer unavailable for other tasks.
3. Start the operation.
