• Close the HCS front door.

Cause: Mix size, stacker full detection fault
Remedy: Perform the following:
Power Off/On the machine
If the problem still exists, contact the Customer Support Center.
• Open the HCS front door.
• Remove any paper from the stacker cart.
• Close the HCS front door.

Remedy: Perform the following:
Power Off/On the machine

• Open the HCS front door.
