Troubleshooting
Exit Misfeed
Roller Misfeed
Ø Open the document cover and
turn the roller knob to remove the
misfeed documents from the exit
area.
If the jammed document
cannot be easily removed,
skip to “Roller Misfeed”.
Ø Close the document cover.
Ø Feed the documents back into
the ADF.
Ø Open the document cover and
turn the roller knob to remove the
misfeed document from the ADF
or the exit area.
If the document is difficult to
remove, gently remove it from
under the feeding roller.
Ø Close the document cover.
Ø Feed the documents back into
the ADF.
