i When copying onto a paper size smaller than A4/Letter, the printed image may be offset and not
reproduce correctly, even when Auto Fit is selected.

Ø Ensure ’READY TO COPY’
displays.
Ø If not, press the [Copy/Fax/Scan]
key repeatedly until ’COPY
MODE’ displays and press
[Enter].

Ø Select the paper supply source
required by pressing [Paper
Supply].
Ø If using the cassette, press
[Paper Supply] until ’CASSETTE’
displays.
Ø If using the bypass tray, press
[Paper Supply] until ’BYPASS’
displays.
If the Bypass is being used,
select the Paper Type.
Ø Press [Enter] to save the
selection.
