Document Glass:
l Ensure no
documents are
loaded in the ADF
when using the
Document Glass.
l On completion of
the job, ensure
the ADF is
closed.
Select the Copy/Fax/Scan key
Ø Raise the ADF or cover and
position the original face down on
the Document Glass.
Align with the registration arrow in
the rear left corner.
Ø Lower the ADF or cover.

Ø Ensure ’FAX’ displays.
Ø If not, press the [Copy/Fax/Scan]
key repeatedly until ’FAX MODE’
displays and press [Enter].
