COWLING
Water separator drain hole
1. Inspect:
●
Water separator drain hole
Obstruction → Clean.
FUEL SYSTEM
Fuel line
1. Inspect:
●
Fuel line
Cracks/damage/leaks → Replace the
defective part(s).
Fuel filter replacement
1. Inspect:
●
Fuel filter
Clogs/cracks/leaks → Replace.
Foreign matter → Clean.
2. Replace:
●
Fuel filter (new)
CAUTION:
The flange side of the fuel filter must face
towards the fuel joint.
CONTROL SYSTEM
Throttle link rod
1. Check:
●
Throttle valve full-open position
Incorrect → Adjust.
2. Adjust:
●
Throttle link rod
Adjusting steps:
●
Loosen the screw 1 .
●
Turn the throttle control lever 2 clock-
wise (wide open throttle).
●
When the lever contacts the stopper 3
hold it in that position.
●
Turn the throttle lever 4 clockwise so
that the throttle valve is fully opened.
●
Tighten the screw.
●
Operate the throttle control lever and
check that the throttle valve turns from
full-open to full-close.
