2. Select the desired message and then press the Delete soft key.
3. Select Delete to delete the desired message.
The LCD screen prompts “Delete message?”.
4. Press the OK soft key to delete this message or the Cancel soft key to cancel.
You can also delete all text messages by pressing the Delete soft key and then select
Del All. For more information, refer to the above steps.
Note
You can leave voice mails for someone else using the SIP-T26P IP phone. You can also
listen to voice mails that are stored in a voice mailbox. When receiving a new voice mail,
the phone will play a warning tone and the MESSAGE key LED will illuminate. The LCD
screen will prompt that the phone receives a new message and display a flashing icon.
If the voice mail pop-up message box disappears, it won't pop up again unless the user
receives a new voice mail or the user re-registers the account that has unread voice
mail(s).
Note
You can also delete a specific message after retrieving by pressing the Delete soft key.
Voice mail is not available on all servers.
You can configure the phone not to display the pop-up prompt, contact your system
administrator for more information.
