11. Remove bolts (x2) securing the middle of the
front cover to the left side of the power pack.
Bolt: M5x10. Tool: T20. Torque: 18 in-lb
(2.3 Nm).
CAUTION: Be very careful with the bolt
lengths during installation.
12. Remove bolts (x2) securing the middle of the
front cover to the right side of the power pack.
Bolt: M5x10. Tool: T20. Torque: 18 in-lb
(2.3 Nm).
CAUTION: Be very careful with the bolt
lengths during installation.
13. Remove front cover.
14. Disconnect BMS signal harness connector.
15. Move BMS signal harness connector up.
