56. Collect the shims located between the right
outer bearing cover and the swingarm.
57. Cut cable tie securing the kickstand harness
to the left doubler plate.
Note: Replace cable tie during the installation
process.
58. Remove bolts (x2) securing kickstand to the
left doubler plate. Tool: T50. Torque: 25 lb-ft
(34 Nm).
59. Tie kickstand aside.
60. Remove bolt securing rear brake master
cylinder reservoir and clamp to the right
doubler plate. Tool: T25. Torque: 2 lb-ft
(2.7 Nm).
61. Tie up rear brake master cylinder reservoir
and brake hose.
62. Disconnect thermistor harness connector.
63. Remove bolt securing HV cable guard to right
doubler plate. Tool: T40. Torque: 9 lb-ft
(12 Nm).
64. Remove HV cable cover.
