An administrator can use an ACS to remotely set up the EMG2926-Q10A, modify settings, perform
firmware upgrades as well as monitor and diagnose the EMG2926-Q10A. You have to enable the
device to be managed by the ACS and specify the ACS IP address or domain name and username
and password.
Click Configuration > Management > Remote MGMT > TR069 to display the screen as shown.
Use this screen to configure your EMG2926-Q10A to be managed by an ACS.

LABEL DESCRIPTION
Inform Select Enable for the EMG2926-Q10A to send periodic inform via TR-069 on the WAN.
Otherwise, select Disable.
Inform Interval Enter the time interval (in seconds) at which the EMG2926-Q10A sends information to
the auto-configuration server.
ACS URL Enter the URL or IP address of the auto-configuration server.
ACS Username Enter the TR-069 user name for authentication with the auto-configuration server.
ACS Password Enter the TR-069 password for authentication with the auto-configuration server.
Connection Request
Username
Enter the connection request user name.
When the ACS makes a connection request to the EMG2926-Q10A, this user name is
used to authenticate the ACS.

Password
Enter the connection request password.
When the ACS makes a connection request to the EMG2926-Q10A, this password is
used to authenticate the ACS.
Upload Certificate The EMG2926-Q10A can use certificates (also called digital IDs) to authenticate users.
Certificates are based on public-private key pairs. A certificate contains the certificate
owner’s identity and public key.
