Log and Report
31.1 Overview
Use these screens to configure daily reporting and log settings.
31.1.1 What You Can Do In this Chapter
•Use the Email Daily Report screen (Section 31.2 on page 590) to configure where and how to
send daily reports and what reports to send.
•Use the Log Setting screens (Section 31.3 on page 592) to specify settings for recording log
messages and alerts, e-mailing them, storing them on a connected USB storage device, and
sending them to remote syslog servers.
31.2 Email Daily Report
Use the Email Daily Report screen to start or stop data collection and view various statistics about
traffic passing through your USG.
Note: Data collection may decrease the USG’s traffic throughput rate.
Click Configuration > Log & Report > Email Daily Report to display the following screen.
Configure this screen to have the USG e-mail you system statistics every day.
