Function Description:
The Yealink T58W Pro functions as a versatile IP phone, capable of placing and answering calls, managing multiple calls, and conducting conference calls. It integrates with various directories including Local Directory, Blocklist, Mobile Contacts, Google Contacts, and Remote Phone Book for efficient contact management. The phone also supports system applications like File Manager, Gallery, Recorder, Email, Browser, Calendar, Calculator, and Clock, enhancing its utility beyond basic telephony. For specialized environments, it offers Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) and Hot Desking features. The device can be transformed into a corded-cordless phone by attaching a DECT USB Dongle DD10K, allowing registration of up to four additional handsets for increased mobility.

The phone supports up to 1000 contacts and 48 groups in its local directory, and call history stores up to 100 entries. Recorded audio files are saved in ".amr" format, and video files in ".mkv" format, with a recording capacity of up to 12 hours in one file. Screenshots are saved as "*.png" files. The phone's internal SD card or a connected USB flash drive serves as storage for recorded files and screenshots. Multicast Paging supports 31 channels (0-30). The Bluetooth functionality operates within a range of 10 meters (32 feet), with optimal performance at 1 to 2 meters (3 to 6 feet). It can connect to up to two different types of Bluetooth devices simultaneously. The expansion module EXP50 is supported by T58A/T58W phones. - Video Calls: Placing and answering audio-only or video calls, switching between them, stopping video transmission, changing video layout (one large, other small; full screen), hiding local video, and previewing near-site video.
- Call Management: Silencing or rejecting incoming calls (manually, anonymous, DND), ending calls, auto redial, muting/unmuting audio, keeping mute across calls, holding and resuming calls, redirecting incoming calls (always, busy, no answer forward), transferring calls (blind, semi-attended, attended, with transfer key), and diverting calls.
- Conference Calls: Local and network conferences, merging calls, creating hybrid conferences (with mobile phone), holding/resuming, muting/unmuting, splitting, and managing participants.
