Procedure
1.
Go to ( ) > Share Directory.
2.
Tap Search or .
3.
Enter the name or number you are looking for in the search field.
The contacts will be displayed in the result list.
Moving a Shared Contact to the Blocklist Directory
You can move a shared contact to the Blocklist directory. The shared contacts added to the Blocklist directory will
not disappear, even if you disable the shared directory feature.
Procedure
1.
Go to ( ) > Share Directory.
2.
Tap beside the contact.
For T58W, tap the desired contact and then select .
3. Tap Blocklist.
For T58W, select Move to Blocklist.
The phone prompts you to move the contact or not.
4. Tap OK.
Saving a Shared Contact to the Local Directory
You can move a shared contact to the Local Directory. The shared contacts added to the Local Directory will not dis-
appear, even after your system administrator disabled the Shared Directory feature.
Procedure
1.
Go to ( ) > Share Directory.
2. Tap Settings.
For T58W, tap .
3.
Select a contact.
4. Press Options and then select Add To Local.
For T58W, tap .
5. Tap New Entry.
6.
Tap or OK.
Placing a Call from the Shared Directory
You can place a call to a contact directly from the Shared Directory.
Procedure
1.
Go to ( ) > Share Directory.
2.
Tap the desired contact.
If the selected contact has multiple numbers, tap the desired number.
