Refitting the axis-3 timing belt

For robots with protection type Clean Room:1
Clean the joints that have been opened and wipe
the parts free from particles with spirit on a lint
free.

Install the timing belt to the pulleys and verify that
the belt runs correctly in the grooves of the pul-
leys.

Used belt: 73.4-78.5 HzMove the motor to achieve proper belt tension.3
New belt: 87.8-92.1 Hz
Use a sonic tension meter to measure the timing
belt tension.

If the timing belt tension does not meet the require-
ment, loosen the motor screws and readjust.
