6. If the robot is going to work in a water jet
application cell:
apply Mercasol on unpainted
surfaces between gea box and
turning disk
apply Mercasol on the screw heads
in the front of the turning disk.

7. Perform a leak-down test. Detailed in section Performing a leak-down
test on page 224.
8. Refill the gearbox with oil. Detailed in section Oil change, gearbox
axis 6 on page 197.
9. Recalibrate the robot. Calibration is detailed in a separate
calibration manual, enclosed with the
calibration tools.
