Mechanical installation
Contents of this chapter
This chapter describes the mechanical installation of the megawatt station, and gives
instructions on how to select the location and build the foundation for the megawatt station.
Always obey the local regulations.
Safety
Refer to Safety instructions on page 9.
Before you move the megawatt station, refer to Storing, lifting and transporting on page 29.
Required tools
The tools required to move the megawatt station, fasten it to the foundation, and tighten
the connections:
• Crane, forklift, or pallet truck (with sufficient load capacity)
• Pozidriv and Torx (2.5 to 6 mm) screwdrivers with short and long heads or bits
• Torque wrench
• Set of wrenches and sockets
