• Total tests - Shows the number of tests completed
using the current consumables box.
• Current operating range - Shows the currently
selected operating range on the Home screen (Low or
High).
• Low Range (0-500-1500) calibrated on - Shows the
date of the last low range calibration.
• High Range (1500-3000-4000) calibrated on
- Shows the date of the last high range calibration.
• Preventative Maintenance date - Shows the date that
preventative maintenance was last performed and
entered into the system (see Logging preventative
maintenance).
• Installation date - Shows the installation date that
was entered into the system (see Setting the
installation date).
• Temperature - Current internal temperature of the
instrument.
• Sample probe lot number
• Resistance table - Shows the current sample and
block probe resistance values (see Changing the
probe resistance).
2.4 Main menu
The Main menu provides a button for each major
function: Calibration, Results, Settings, and Diagnostics.
The following table provides an overview of each
function.
Function Description/Use
Calibration
Displays the Calibration screen; see Calibration
for details.
NOTE: The OsmoTECH XT has been calibrated
in both the low and high range at the factory.
However, you should recalibrate it in certain
circumstances. See When to recalibrate for
more information.
Results
Displays a list of test results; see Results for
details.
Settings
Displays the Settings menu for access to
configuration options; see Configuring settings
for details.
Diagnostics
Displays the Diagnostics menu for access to
system tests, performance data, and
maintenance event logging; see Diagnostics for
details.
