Prepare TapeStation System HSD5000
1 Launch the 2200 TapeStation Controller Software.
2 Load single High Sensitivity D5000 ScreenTape device and loading tips
into the 2200 TapeStation instrument

1 Allow reagents to equilibrate at room temperature for 30 min
2 Vor tex mix before use
3 Prepare ladder by mixing 2 µL High Sensitivity D5000 Sample Buffer
( ) with 2 µL High Sensitivity D5000 Ladder ( ) in a tube strip.
4 Prepare sample by mixing 2 µL High Sensitivity D5000 Sample Buffer
( ) with 2 µL DNA sample in the same tube strip.
5 Spin down, then vortex using IKA vortexer and adaptor at 2000 rpm
for 1 min.
6 Spin down to position the sample at the bottom of the tube.
