13 Monitor stable calibrant abundances, then start a Sample Run (no vial
injection) as shown in Figure 53. Make sure the TIC signal is stable as
shown in Figure 54.

14 Set CC DAC settings in Lab Advisor:
a In Lab Advisor, in the MS menu, click Advanced.
b In the CC DAC Setting tab, click Start.
c In the Signal pane, make sure that the signal for both ions
are stable and do not drop out.
By default, the Start DAC and End DAC values are set to
500 and 700 respectively. Do not change the DAC values when you start
the test for the first time.
