Reinstallation
1 Unpack the new mass filter heater assembly (Figure 14). The heater,
temperature sensor, and heater block are already assembled.
2 Install the heater assembly on top of the mass filter radiator using the two
screws. See Figure 14 for replacing the front mass filter heater/sensor. The
rear mass filter heater sensor is similar.
3 Connect the heater and temperature sensor wires to the feedthrough
board.
4 Close the analyzer chamber.
5 Pump down the MS. See the Agilent 7000 Series Triple Quad GC/MS
Operation Manual.

quadrupole board.
