2 Making Measurements
Charge terminal alert
The multimeter emits a continuous alerting beep when the
terminal detects a voltage level of more than 5 V
and the rotary switch is not set to the corresponding
position. A warning message Error ON mA INPUT will be
displayed until the lead is removed from the input
terminal. See Figure 2- 16.
