REAL-TIME CLOCK FUNCTION IN SYSTEM
If you press CLOCK (F2), you will see this screen display:
Here, you may set the DD1500’s real-time clock. This will have implications in future
software releases when files will be date stamped. However, in the meantime, you may, if
you wish, use the DD1500 as a very expensive studio time keeper!
To set the parameters, simply move the cursor to the fields and use the DATA ENTRY +/-
keys to set them. You may set the time, the day, the date, whether the clock display is 24
hour or am/pm and the format of your country’s date display (day/month/year,
month/day/year or year/month/day).
As mentioned, this feature is included here in readiness for file management functions in
the future.
