INSTALLING THE BOILER

butcanalsobelocatedundertheoorofthevehicle.If
locatedoutsidethevehicle,theboilershouldbebuiltinto
anenclosedspacesothatitisprotectedagainstsplash-
ingofwater,exhaustgases,etc.Inchoosingthelocation,
allowspacefordismantlingtheservicehatch(FigureA1)
andforreplacingcomponentsduringservice.
ThemeasurementsgiveninFig.Aaretherecommended
minimummeasurementsformountingoftheboiler.
Thespacewheretheboileristobeassembledmustbe
ventilated,withaventilationareaofatleast10.85Sq.
Inches(70cm2).Theboilershallbescreweddownby
8screwsontotheoorthroughtheholesinthexing
brackets(SeeFigureA2).

NOTICE
Low Water Cutoff
If the boiler is installed above radiation level, the
system must be provided with a low water cut off
for the heating uid. The low water cutoff device
shall cut the 12 V DC supply for the boiler,
see wiring diagram page 25.

For installation on combustible flooring.

This appliance requires a special venting system.
Refer to installation instructions for parts list and method
of installation.
This boiler must be installed in accordance with local
codes if any; if not, follow ANSI Z223.1/NFPA 54 or
CAN/CSA B149.1, Natural Gas and Propane Installation
Code, as applicable.
CLEARANCE.
The boiler is also for closet installation, minimum
measurment for the space is 25.5 x 17 inches (650x440mm),
height 12.6 inches (320mm) and must be ventilated with a
ventilation area of at least 10.8 in² (70 cm²).
