TROUBLESHOOTING
Iftheboilerisequippedwithadigitalcontrolpanel,
alwaysstartbycheckinganyerrormessages.
(Seesection11operatinginstructioncontrolpanel)
The boiler does not start on Gas:
1. ChecktomakesurethatthereisgasintheLPGas
tank.Ifitisempty,havethetankrelled.
2. Checktomakesurethatthemaingasvalveisfully
open.Ifnot,openthegasvalvealltheway.
3. Checkthattheboilerisconnectedtotheelectricity
supply(>11VDC).
4. Checkthatthe12Vfusefortheboilerisintact.
5. Checkwhethertheelectricconnectionsontheboiler
aresecurelyinposition.
Ifnoneoftheabovehelps,contactaserviceworkshop.
The electric heating element is not working:
1. Checkthatthereisanelectricitysupply(120V~)to
thevehicle.
2. Checkthattherelaysttedtotheboilercomeon(a
slightclickcanbeheardfromtherelayswhenthe
heatingelementisswitchedonatthecontrolpanel).
Ifnoneoftheabovehelps,contactaserviceworkshop.
Control Panel is not working-Emergency start and
operation:
IftheControlPanelstopsworking,itispossibletostart
theheatermanually,toprovideemergencyheatuntil
repairscanbemadebyaservicetechnician.Followthe
instructionsbelow.Formoredetailsandanillustration,
seeSection12oftheControlPanelinstructions.
1. Disconnect12Vandthecabletothepanelonthe
heater.
2. Connectacablebetween2and9inthecontact
device(ontheheater)(Seechapter12).
3. Connect12Vtotheheater.
4. Nowtheheaterstartswithgasand1kW.
(Regulationofroomtemperaturedoesnotfunction;
thepumpoperatesconstantly.)
NOTICE
If the boiler has not been operated for some time,
or if the gas cylinder has been changed, it may take
longer than normal to light the boiler.

The 120V electrical service presents a risk of elec-
trical shock. Do not attempt to service the electric
heating element yourself.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Alwaysswitchoffthemainisolatingswitchforthe
boilerwhenthevehicleisnotinuse.
• Whenwashingthevehicle,donotspraywaterdirectly
towardstheue.
• Whencampinginwinterconditions,ensuretheue
andexhaustairvalvesarekeptclearofsnowandice.
• YoumayusetheboilertoheattheRVwithoutlling
thewaterheater.
• TheLPGasboilerandelectricelementmaybeoper-
atedsimultaneously.
• Alwaysdrainthehotwaterheateroffreshwaterwhen
thereisariskoffrostandwhenthevehicleisnotbeing
used.
• TheLPGasboilermustnotbeinoperationwhenrefu-
ellingthevehicle.
• Neverallowtheheatingsystemtostandemptyof
ethyleneglycoluid.
• Checksupplyandexhaustairintake,thevehicleis
oftenequippedwithsupplyandexhaustairvalves
(refertovehicleinstructions)thatmustnotbeblocked
asthiswillimpairtheefciencyoftheheatingsystem
andairquality,whichcanleadtocarbonmonoxide
poisoning.
NB! Close the main LP Gas valve in the following
circumstances.
• Whenthevehicleisnotbeingused
• TurnOFFLPGassupplytankwhenvehicleisinmo-
tion.Thisdisablesallgasappliancesandpilotlights.
Gasappliancesmustneverbeoperatedwhilevehicle
isinmotion.
• Whenrepairingtheboiler.
• WhenleaksintheLPGassystemaresuspected.
