What to do if the spindle does not rotate on Ametek BROOKFIELD DVNext Measuring Instruments?

  If the spindle of your Ametek Measuring Instruments doesn't rotate, first ensure the rheometer is properly plugged in and that the motor is turned ON with the desired RPM selected. Also, check that the spindle is securely tightened to the rheometer coupling. Inspect all spindles for straightness and replace any that are bent. Verify that the spindle, speed, and model selections are correct, including on the DVNext, if applicable. Finally, perform a calibration check following the instructions in Appendix F. If the unit is out of tolerance after the check, it may require servicing.
