State Only used if Use State Mark is enabled in Settings ->
Device.
Can be used by a Supervisor to categorize the various
products in the product list:
New Automatically assigned to new products.
Can for example be used for products where
settings are still being considered/tested.
Current Typically used for products that have been
approved for use.
This category of products are the only products
available to the Standard Test Operator
(provided that the Standard Test option is set to
Ye s ).
Old Can for example be used for discontinued
products or products that should not be used for
a period.
Vacuum Delta * Test pressure difference.
The value indicates the vacuum that the test objects will be
tested under in relation to atmospheric pressure. The higher
the figure, the deeper the vacuum.
See "Product setup" on page 30 for a detailed description of the
procedure of determining the optimal setting for specific
products.
Test Time * Test time.
The test time should be adapted to the specific package
characteristics in terms of size, headspace amount, CO
2
content, achievable DeltaP etc.
Standard (Default setting)
Short Applies to small packages with limited
headspace, packages with large leaks, packages
with a high CO
2
content and/or high DeltaP
capability.
Long Applies to large packages with a large amount of
headspace and low CO
2
content and/or low
DeltaP capabilities.
Leak Limit * Product leak limit.
A package will be rejected if the measured leak value exceeds
this value.
The Mode setting determines the readout units:
Measurements in Single Package mode are read out as the
calculated hole size in µm, while measurements in Multi
Package mode are read out as the measured increase in the
CO
2
level in the chamber in ppm/s.
