Only used when a 3-gas mixer is connected. In case send to a
2-gas mixer, the mixer will return a ACK, but the received
setting is ignored
For a 3-gas mixer this parameter controls the setting of
"GAS
1 INPUT" i.e. %N

4 byte float. Saved in non volatile memory.
Typical 0.3 bar. When buffer pressure reach "Vacuum buffer
set pressure" - "Vacuum buffer hysteresis" the valve is turned
on. When the pressure reaches "Vacuum buffer set pressure"
it is turned off.
