Remove the lter vessel.•
Remove the lter element. •
Clean thoroughly the lter vessel.•
Clean from the bottom the seating face of ltration block.•
Check the condition of sealing rings and paint the rings with •
clean oil.
Insert new element into the lter vessel and screw on again •
– tighten with 40 +10 Nm (30 +7 ft lb) torque.
Use the original lter elements accord-
ing to the Spare Parts Catalogue, only.
Used lter elements are ecologically haz-
ardous waste – hand them over for pro-
fessional disposal.
How to replace pressure lter element
Replace always during:
oil exchange•
pressure lter indicator lamp goes •
on when oil operating temperature
reaches 50 - 60 °C (122 - 140 °F).
