Setting the correct value:
• Optimum consistency to set correct value: 8%
• Start value = 0,7 bar (DEFAULT VALUE)
recommended operation at low flow, i.e. 20% of optimum
which is for MC 150-470 < 150m

Low pump stability (instable flow/ pressure)
--> set value too low; increase for 0,1 bar.
Repeat as often as necessary to achieve stable pressure / running of the
pump.
Caution: Check the degassing line for blockage! (Inspection of flow
through degassing line)
Too much fibre loss
--> set value too high; decrease for 0,1 bar.
Repeat this step as often as necessary to minimize fibre loss.
In case there is no fibre loss at all, keep the control valve 100% open.
