Section 6 Performance test system
The following describes the summary of the performance test system on MS2665C/MS2667C/MS2668C. This test sys-
tem consists of various measuring instruments that are controlled by GPIB, and covers major part of required perfor-
mance test. The test process is divided into three groups according to instruments setup.
Meanwhile, average noise level and residual response measurement needs another software running on PTA function.
