Transfer the Data
to the Computer
1. Connect the USB drive to one of the USB ports on the computer.
2. In the StepOne
™
software, select InstrumentInstrument Maintenance
Manager.
3. In the Instrument Maintenance Manager, click RNase P.
4. Select the RNase P Run:
a. In the RNase P Run screen, click Browse.
b. In the Open dialog box, navigate to the USB drive.
c. In the file name field, select the experiment.
d. Click Open.
The StepOne
™
software automatically analyzes the run and displays the results in
the RNase P Run screen.
