6 Clean moisturizing position: Clean the moisturizing plate.
7 Clean waste ink: Check the waste ink tank and waste ink tank of the nozzle cleaning position and
moisturizing position are not clogged, and dump the waste ink in time.
(6) Check the amount of ink in the ink bottle: add ink in time, be careful to prevent the ink from being
empty, causing the nozzle of ink breakage (the machine has an alarm prompt).
Note: When adding ink, you need to see the ink mark, do not add by error; also record the ink filling time
and batch number.
(7) Moisturizing the nozzle before shutting down: Add appropriate amount of liquid in the moisturizing tray
(you can use cleaning liquid, deionized water, distilled water and pure water), and then shut down and
moisturize normally under the premise that the nozzle is in good condition.
6.3 Weekly maintenance content
(1) Clean the machine and dry the ink and dust on all parts (including beams, drying platen fans, computers,
etc.).
(2) Check the gas path and ink path: Check whether the pipe joints are loose or not, whether the pipes are
creased or not.
(3) Lubrication treatment of key transmission parts
1. Slider and guide rail: Check if there is any abnormality when the nozzle carriage moves,
clean and add appropriate amount of lubricant (you can purchase the oil gun and
lubricant of the following brands: Oil gun model THK GREASE GUN UNIT MG70)

2. Rewinding and unwinding motor and gear set: Check whether the work is normal, and
if necessary, add appropriate amount of lubricating grease.
6.4 Monthly maintenance project
(1) Check the peristaltic pump rubber tube for wear and replace it with new ones if necessary.
(2) Check if the ink tube in the drag chain is leaking and leaking ink, and replace the new ink tube if
necessary.
(3) Check if there is ink deposit on the bottom of the ink tank, clean the ink tank if necessary, and replace
with new ink.
(It is recommended to clean the ink tank once every 3 months to remove residual ink from the bottom of the
ink tank)
(4) Check if there is oil or water in the glass jar of the oil-water separator and clean it in time.
