7.3 Pressure alarm
(1) Fault code: error05
(2) Troubleshooting method:
1. Check if the air compressor and total air inlet are normal.
2. Check if the air pressure gauge in the ink supply box is normal (0.58MPa), whether the negative pressure
generator has oil or water. The two negative pressure generators can be exchanged for testing.
3. Check if the air pressure setting in the engineer mode has been changed.
4. The ink supply pump is out of control and always supplies ink, which leads to the entry of ink in the safety
bottle. It is necessary to replace the ink supply pump and clean the air bottle and pipeline.
5. The ink bottle floats are broken, which causes the ink to enter the safety bottle. It is necessary to replace the
secondary ink bottle and clean the safety bottle and piping.
7.4 Signal Alarm
(1) Fault code: error06
(2) Troubleshooting method:
Check whether the control function of the PLC is normal, it is important whether the rewinding and
unwinding part are ready or not.
7.5 PC communication error
(1) Fault code: error07
(2) Troubleshooting method:
Check that the connection between the PC and the TPC data board and the main control board is normal.
7.6 Nozzle temperature too high
(1) Fault code: error24
(2) Troubleshooting method
1. Check whether the pipe joints in the nozzle carriage have leaking ink nozzle surface and the data cable
causes the nozzle to burn out.
2. Touch the side of the nozzle with your hand to see if it is hot; replace the new nozzle in time.
3 Check if the power supply part of the nozzle is normal.
