5.4 Shutdown operation
5.4.1 To check before shutdown
(1) Print the test strip: Make sure the nozzle is in the state and print the test strip to retain the sample (usually
keep the test strip for 2-3 weeks).
(2) Surface and periphery of the nozzle: Use a non-woven fabric to remove accumulated ink and dry dirt on
the surface and around it.
(3) Sprinkler moisturizing: Pour moisturizing liquid (deionized water or pure water) into the moisturizing
tray.
5.4.2 To check after shutdown
(1) Shut down according to the normal procedure and check if water, electricity and gas are off.
(2) Organize the items on and around the machine to make the machine and the surrounding clean.
Chapter 6 Daily Maintenance
6.1 Check items before and after each print
(1) Checking the status of the nozzle before printing: the self-checking strip of the printing nozzle is
automatically or manually cleaned, dripping ink, etc., so that the nozzle is in a normal state.
(2) Detection of the state of the nozzle after printing: the print head self-checking strip, using automatic or
manual cleaning, dripping ink, etc., so that the nozzle state is normal.
6.2 Daily inspection and maintenance items
(1) Work environment hygiene: The workplace must be clean and free of dust; fireworks are strictly
prohibited, and the machine avoids strong light, wind or direct heat.
(2) Working environment temperature and humidity: temperature 20 ° C ~ 30 ° C, humidity 55% ~ 70%.
(3) Keep the machine clean and tidy:
1 Clean the machine: remove dirt, dust, ink stains, etc. from the outer garment, machine table, beam, drying
unit.
2 Clean the guide roller: remove dust, ink stains, etc. from the guide roller and the floating roller.
3 Clean the surface of the suction platform: remove surface dirt.
4 Clean the nozzle blade: scrub with pure water or deionized water to remove accumulated ink and dry dirt
on the surface.
5 Clean the nozzle: Use a moist non-woven fabric to gently wipe the surface and surrounding of the nozzle
to remove dry ink and foreign matters (requires cleaning solution, deionized water or pure water).
