6.5 Annual maintenance project
(1) Ink Path: Clean the entire ink path and ink tank, check the filter, ink tube, pipe joint and peristaltic
pump rubber tube, and replace with new parts if necessary.
(2) Inspection of the whole circuit: Check the line and joints for looseness or damage, and tighten or repair
or replace them in time.
6.6 Holiday maintenance
(1) Deactivate within 3 days
Make sure that the nozzle is in good condition and shut down normally according to the operating
specifications.
(2) Deactivated for 3-10 days
The nozzle is first cleaned with deionized ions, and then with cleaning solution. We recommend our client
to have employee to be on duty in order to check the machine. It is best to follow the 3-day maintenance
process, start cleaning the nozzle, and print the test strip to retain the sample. Especially during the Chinese
New Year holiday, it is best to keep air conditioning in the workshop to maintain the indoor temperature.
(3) Deactivate for more than 10 days
It is necessary to clean the entire pipeline and the nozzle, and remove the nozzle; it is best to keep the
nozzle in a constant temperature room and shut down normally according to the operating specifications.
