Chapter 7 Common Faults and Treatment Methods
7.1 Communication problem
(1) Fault code: error01 or error02: There is a problem with communication between the TPC data board
(including communication timeout, print interruption, etc.).
(2) Troubleshooting method:
1. Check if the touch screen is dead, and whether the data transmission is normal on the print monitoring
interface (the number of lines completed by RIP should be more than 3 lines more than the number of
already completed lines).
2. Open the Start menu—Attachment—Command Prompt to check if the machine is connected properly. If
the following figure appears, it means that the connection cannot be made. In this case, you need to check
the computer network card, fiber optic cables and TPC data board, and replace with new parts to test if
necessary.

3. If the following figure 5-2 appears, it means the connection is normal.
