The nozzle may have a lot of air
Clean and remove air from the nozzle. This
situation mainly occurs after the new nozzle or
ink is replaced, and the air inside the nozzle is
not removed in time.
Check the cleaning blade or replace with a new
blade in time
Negative pressure abnormality causes
ink to hang on the surface of the
nozzle
Check the machine negative pressure,
re-negative pressure to zero, and adjust the
negative pressure balance point. Confirm the
machine's normal working negative pressure
If the ink path leaks or the ink tube
breaks, the ink on the nozzle surface
is hanging.
Check the ink path and replace the worn ink
tube in time
Check if the nozzle temperature is normal. If the
nozzle temperature has been rising and the side
of the nozzle is hot, you can judge the nozzle
problem and stop using it.
