The workshop is equipped with air conditioners
and humidifiers according to the requirements.
The workshop and the machine need to be kept
clean.

Abnormal machine negative pressure
causes ink hanging on the nozzle’s
surface
Check if the total air pressure of the machine is
normal, and recalibrate to a normal working
pressure of the machine.

The ink tube is worn but there is no
ink leakage, ink is hanging on the
nozzle’s surface
Replace the new ink tube

Abnormal pressure on the
electromagnetic valve causes ink
hanging on the nozzle’s surface
Replace to a new electromagnetic valve
