At the top of the unit is the cover and plate assembly. The metal cover is tted with a plastic
lid and a key lock. The hinged lid is opened to load the rivets onto the inclined hopper
assembly.
Fitted under the cover is a plate assembly which houses the control modular I/O system
(BL20) which incorporates the digital input and output modules and electrical terminal
blocks.
The plate assembly seals the top of the unit and prevents stray rivets from entering the unit.
The cover is secured to brackets on the plate assembly by four cap screws tted with hole
plugs. The top cover will need to be slid rearwards to separate the top cover and plate
assembly.
