The main ltered air is fed to solenoid valve at the rear which actuates the vibration unit airline.
The vibrating unit airline from the valve is fed to a regulator tted to a bracket at the front of the
unit. This regulator control the frequency of the vibration unit and also adjustment of the speed at
which rivets move around the bowl.

The ltered mains air supply is fed to the main regulator tted to a bracket at the front of the unit.
This regulator needs to be set to 6 bar. The airline from the main regulator connects to a manifold
located on a mounting plate at the rear of the unit.
