T-Tube Cutting

T-Tube Cutter Assembly
1 - T-Tube cutter
2 - Screw, washer & nyloc nut
3 - T-Tube cutter block
Using a cutting tool with sharp blade, cut
through the T-Tube so that a clean square
face is achieved.
Failure to cut the T-tube squarely or
cleanly (without deformation of burrs),
may result in process errors.

1 - Insert T-Tube into
drilling Jig
2 - Turn drilling jig over to
check if T-Tube is fully
inserted
3 - Select 3mm drill bit
4 - Drill hole using hand
held drill
5 - Remove T-Tube from
drill jig
6 - Check hole and remove
any burrs with a needle
le to ensure rivet ow
will not be aected
Failure to remove burrs
on the drilled hole,
may result in process
errors.
