Controls
The driver can control all power windows.

All power window switches have a two-stage
function:
Opening and closing the windows

• To open or close the window completely, press
the switch down or pull the switch up br iefly to
the second level. The operation will stop if the
switch is pressed/pulled again.
• To se lect a position in between opened and
closed, press/pull the switch to the first level
unti l the desired window position is reached.

A WARNING
- Always take the vehicle key with you when
leaving the vehicle, even for a short period
of time . This applies particularly when ch il-
dren remain in the vehicle. Otherwise the
children could start the engine or operate
ele ctr ical equipment (e.g. power windows).
The power windows are functional unti l the
dr iver's door or passenger's door has been
opened.
- Pay careful attention when closing the win-
dows. It could cause injury by pinching.
- When loc king the veh icle from outside, the
vehicle must be unoccupied since the win-
dows can no longer be opened in an emer-
gency.
Opening and closing
(D Tips
- After turning the ignition off you can still
open and close the windows for approxi-
mately 10 m inutes. The power windows are
not sw itched off until the driver's door or
passenger's door has been opened.
- When you open the doors, the windows au-
tomatically lower approx imately 10 mm.
Convenience opening/closing
All windows can be opened and closed at the
same time.
Convenience open feature
• Press the @I button on the remote control key
until all windows reach the desired position.
Convenience close feature
• Press the 0 button on the remote control key
until all windows are closed ~ .&. or
Convenience closing with the convenience
key*
• Touch the sensor* on the door handle long
enough until all windows are closed. Do not
place your hand in the door handle when doing
this.
Setting convenience opening in the
Infotainment system
• Select in the Infotainment system: I MENU ! but-
ton >Ve hicle > left control button >Vehicle set-
tings .
To enable t he conven ience window open ing func-
tion, the
Long press to open windows function
must be switched
on.
A WARNING
- Never close the windows carelessly or in an
uncontrolled manner, because this increas-
es the risk of injury.
- For security reasons, the windows can only
be opened and closed with the remote con-
trol key at a max imum distance of approxi-
mately 6 ft (2 m) away from the vehicle .
When pressing the ~ button, always watch
