Wheel Angle Sensor Installation Guidelines

Secure the cable along the bracket top using cable ties, after the SAM harness is installed.
Note: The AutoSteer system must be fully functional before you can perform adjust the wheel angle sensor counts.
Adjust the arm length until you get approximately 3000 counts from the wheel angle sensor.
Note: If necessary, shorten Rod A to increase the wheel angle sensor counts.
Tighten all jam nuts and fasteners.
Figure 4-22 shows the completed Wheel Angle Sensor installation.
