Click on the overlay message to reboot the device, or manually close the Play Store app
from the list of the application, reboot the device and launch again the Play Store.
If it does not solve, it could happen that there is a problem with communicating with
Google Servers. Try again later.

Q What happens if I upgrade my CU360 to a new release? Will installed Google Apps be
deleted?
A Your Google installed apps will be preserved in future CU360 software upgrades.
Q How can I enroll a CU360 with a different Google account, or remove the installation of the
Google Play Store?
A Launch AppsProvider and press REMOVE. This will not remove the other applications
installed through the Google Play Store. To remove all the customer installed apps, you need to
wipe all device data, through Android Settings or forcing the device in recovery mode.
ANDROID SETTINGS > SYSTEM> RESET OPTIONS > ERASE ALL DATA (FACTORY RESET)
RECOVERY MODE >WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET
